Kansas City-area artists are coming together at Lemonade Park to raise humanitarian aid for the people of Ukraine and stand in solidarity with peace and resolution. The evening will include live music, spoken word, dance, improvisation, poetry-on-demand, and a curated gallery of visual art projected on a screen between performances. The line-up of artists includes Julia Othmer, Ivory Blue, Havilah Bruders, Johnny Hamil, dance artists Courtney Collado and Alexis Borth, spoken word artist José Faus, Demand Poet Elizabeth Howard, and a smudge ceremony with Theresa Goodman of Harvest Moon Botanica. Several guest artists will be performing as well.
